The short version

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to make the site work (theme preference, security tokens) and one anonymous analytics cookie to count visits. No advertising cookies, no third-party marketing trackers.

What we set

Strictly necessary

• theme — stores your light/dark mode preference. Lives in browser local storage, not on our server. Expires when you clear site data.
• cookie-consent— records your decision to dismiss our cookie banner so we don’t show it again. Expires after one year.

Analytics (anonymous)

• plausible / posthog (TBD provider) — counts page views without storing personal data or following you across sites. You can opt out in our cookie banner or by enabling Do-Not-Track.

What we don’t set

• Third-party advertising cookies.
• Social-network “share” pixels (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, etc.).
• Cross-site tracking identifiers.

How to opt out

Click the cookie banner’s “Decline analytics” button on your next visit, or clear your browser’s site data for this domain and you’ll see the banner again. You can also enable Do-Not-Track in your browser — we respect it.

Updates

If we add or remove a cookie, we update this page. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance to newsletter subscribers.
