The terms governing this website and our engagements. Real customer SOWs supersede these for the work itself.
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of TechNboost’s website. They do not replace a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) — for paid engagements those documents take precedence.
All site content (text, code samples, illustrations, brand assets) is © 2026 TechNboost, unless explicitly marked otherwise. Open-source code published by us is licensed separately at the repository level.
Anything you submit through our forms (briefs, messages, newsletter subscriptions) is yours. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive license to read, store, and reply to it as part of operating the service.
Discovery audits, projects, retainers, and enterprise partnerships are all governed by a separate SOW signed by both parties. The SOW specifies scope, pricing, payment terms, IP assignment, warranty, and termination — and overrides anything on this page that conflicts.
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep content accurate but make no guarantees about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of this site is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, TechNboostis not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For paid engagements, the SOW’s liability cap applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India, unless a specific SOW provides otherwise.
